SMS Statement Notifications Disclosure

This SMS Statement Notifications Disclosure ("Disclosure") applies to each account you have with White Pine Lending. (White Pine Lending) for which you have elected to receive Short Message Service (SMS) messages.

The words "we," "us," and "our" refer to White Pine Lending along with its agents, with whom White Pine Lending has contracted to facilitate payments to your Account(s). The words "you" and "your" mean you, the individual identified on the account(s) you have with us ("Account(s)"). As used in this Disclosure, "SMS Statement Notifications" means any SMS (text message) communication from us to you pertaining to your Account, including, but not limited to, payment information, account information, due dates, delinquent accounts, program updates.

Detailed Wireless Policy

By opting-in you are providing consent to use personal information to provide the services you requested, including services that display customized content and advertising. Your cellular provider’s Msg & Data Rates may apply to our confirmation and all subsequent SMS messages. You may opt-out and remove your SMS approval for additional messages by sending ’STOP’, ’END’, ’CANCEL’, ’UNSUBSCRIBE’ or ’QUIT’ to the SMS text message you have received. If you remove your SMS approval from our database, your number will no longer be used for secondary purposes.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your name, address, cell phone number, your provider’s name, the date & time, and content of your messages. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS IS basis.

Opt-In

Sign agreements and any addenda to opt-in for SMS courtesy text services. When applicable, a confirmation message is sent to verify you are in possession of the device for the cell number you provided, inform of applicable Msg & Data Rates and frequency for all subsequent SMS or MMS. You may also complete the opt-in process over the phone by calling 855-228-6721 or online by logging into your customer portal account.

Opt-Out

You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS Statement Notifications by replying STOP to the message received. You may also withdraw your consent by changing your preferences on the Notification Settings page within https://whitepinelending.myloanportal.biz/ At our option, we may treat your provision of an invalid mobile phone number, or the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid mobile phone number, as a withdrawal of your consent to receive SMS Statement Notifications. We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to receive SMS Statement Notifications. Any withdrawal of your consent to use SMS Statement Notifications will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal.

How to Update Your Records

It is your responsibility to provide us with a true, accurate and complete mobile number and to maintain and update promptly any changes in this information. You can update your mobile number by calling our Customer Service Center at 855-228-6721.

Hardware and Software Requirements

In order to access, view, and retain SMS Statement Notifications that we make available to you, you must have: a SMS-capable mobile phone; active mobile phone account with a communication service provider sufficient storage capacity on your mobile phone.

Communications in Writing

All SMS Statement Notifications in electronic format from us to you will be considered "in writing".

CHARGES

There is no service fee for SMS Statement Notifications but you are responsible for any and all charges, including, but not limited to, fees associated with text messaging, imposed by your communications service provider. Other charges may apply. Such charges may include those from your communications service provider. Please consult your mobile service carrier's pricing plan to determine the charges for sending and receiving text messages. These charges will appear on your phone bill. Message frequency depends on account settings.

Other Important Terms

Additionally, you agree that we may send any SMS Statement Notifications through your communication service provider in order to deliver them to you and that your communication services provider is acting as your agent in this capacity. You agree to provide a valid mobile phone number for these services so that we may send you certain information about your Account(s). Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, cost and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your provision of a mobile phone number that is not your own or your violation of applicable federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance. Your obligation under this paragraph shall survive termination of the Agreement. SMS Statement Notifications are provided for your convenience and do not replace your Account statement(s), which are the official record of your Accounts.

Receipt of each SMS Statement may be delayed or impacted by factor(s) pertaining to your communications service provider(s). We will not be liable for losses or damages arising from any disclosure of account information to third parties, non-delivery, delayed delivery, misdirected delivery or mishandling of, or inaccurate content in, the SMS Statement Notifications sent by us.

Changes in Terms and Conditions and White Pine Lending Text Messaging. We may modify or terminate our text messaging services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate text messaging with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or a third party. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time without notice. Please review these Terms of Use from time to time so that you are timely notified of any changes.

This Email Statement Notifications Disclosure ("Disclosure") applies to each account you have with White Pine Lending. (White Pine Lending) for which you have elected to receive EMAIL messages.

The words "we," "us," and "our" refer to White Pine Lending along with its agents, with whom White Pine Lending has contracted to facilitate payments to your Account(s). The words "you" and "your" mean you, the individual identified on the account(s) you have with us ("Account(s)"). As used in this Disclosure, "EMAIL Statement Notifications" means any EMAIL communication from us to you pertaining to your Account, including, but not limited to, payment information, account information, due dates, delinquent accounts, program updates, promotions, coupons and other marketing messages.

Opt-In

Double Opt-in: Once you have requested to opt in for White Pine Lending transactional or promotional email lists, we will send you a confirmation email with a verification link. To complete the opt in process, the verification link must be clicked. This processes verifies your email address, and provides a second opportunity to confirm you want to receive emails from White Pine Lending. This process must be completed to receive promotional emails from White Pine Lending.

Opt-Out

There are several ways to opt-out of both transactional and promotional email messages.

At the bottom or top of every email we send there is a convenient link to out-opt of receiving emails. Click on the link to manage your opt preferences.

This service is offered to you via the internet from the reservation of the Sokaogon Chippewa Community, a federally recognized Indian tribe, regardless of where you may be situated or access this site, and does not constitute an offer or solicitation for consumer loans in a state. The Tribe does not accept applications for this service from residents of all states, and the service may or may not be available to residents of your particular state. The states from which the Tribe chooses to accept applications may change from time to time without notice. By obtaining services from this site you are submitting to the jurisdiction of the Sokaogon Chippewa Community.

Applications processed and approved before 5:30 p.m. ET are typically funded the next business day. In some cases, we may not be able to verify your application information and may ask you to provide certain documents. Maximum loan amount for initial loan is $950.00.
