Who is providing this notice? White Pine Lending is providing this privacy policy and it applies to all loans made by the company and all products and services offered in connection with such loans.

Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • White Pine Lending does not share with our nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or service to you.

**Sokaogon Finance dba White Pine Lending is a sovereign enterprise, a wholly owned and controlled tribally chartered corporation and an economic development arm and instrumentality of the Sokaogon Chippewa Community, a federally-recognized Indian Tribe organized pursuant to 25 U.S.C. § 5123 (the “Tribe”). This means that White Pine's loan products are provided by a sovereign government and the proceeds of our business fund essential governmental services for Tribal members. White Pine is not subject to State suit or service of process. Rather, White Pine is regulated by the Tribe. It is the express intention of White Pine and the Tribe to fully preserve, and not waive, either in whole or in part, exclusive jurisdiction, sovereign immunity, and any other rights, titles, privileges, and immunities to which the Tribe is entitled. If you do business with White Pine, your potential forums for dispute resolution will be limited to those available under Federal and Tribal law. As more specifically set forth in your loan agreement, White Pine offers an affordable and efficient dispute resolution through individual binding arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration by following the instructions in your loan agreement. If you do not opt out of arbitration pursuant to the loan agreement, you agree that you have chosen to have any dispute arising out of or relating to the loan agreement or your relationship with the White Pine resolved by binding arbitration. If you are not comfortable doing business with a sovereign entity that is immune from a lawsuit in State court, you should discontinue use of this website.

This service is offered to you via the internet from the reservation of the Sokaogon Chippewa Community, a federally recognized Indian tribe, regardless of where you may be situated or access this site, and does not constitute an offer or solicitation for consumer loans in a state. The Tribe does not accept applications for this service from residents of all states, and the service may or may not be available to residents of your particular state. The states from which the Tribe chooses to accept applications may change from time to time without notice. By obtaining services from this site you are submitting to the jurisdiction of the Sokaogon Chippewa Community.

Applications processed and approved before 5:30 p.m. ET are typically funded the next business day. In some cases, we may not be able to verify your application information and may ask you to provide certain documents. Maximum loan amount for initial loan is $950.00. Refer to Loan Cost & Terms for additional details. Complete disclosures of APR, fees and payment terms are provided within the Loan Agreement.
